I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I read the " Twilight Saga " I was so obsessed with it, all day long I would think about putting Parker to bed and picking up my book and disappearing into the amazing lives of Edward ( my love ) and Bella :) I loved to just go away for a few hours everyday and to go back to having these feelings of first love! Oh how romantic Edward is! When I finished the last word in "Breaking Dawn" I put down the last book of the Saga and I felt really good about how Stephenie ended the book. There was closure and I was able to go back to being a mom and a wife. Now that The movie is just around the corner I can feel myself getting butterflies and I just now started to really want to pick up Twilight and start it all over again. I miss my friends and my love Edward ... my best friend Alice ... not so much Jacob because he just made me mad most of time. I think his feet would smell bad. Any who ... The movie trailers are out of this world and I am just so excited to watch it on the big screen. I will want to go everyday and then when it's out on DVD don't be surprised if I want to fall asleep to it every night. How could anyone dream of these people? I wish they were my dream ... they will live on in my heart and mind for ever. Stephenie Meyer ... you are GENIUS!!!!

just me and my baby

Shell beach is a place I often these days. I go to work and then I go home ... but I'm always looking at this park that is on the way (dinosaur park) and we finally went there today and he really loved it. I recommend it for the little ones, there isn't really anything to get hurt on which is nice. I love Shell beach:)

Parker and I had a date today! We went to get some good old corporate coffee! Starbucks ... no one makes my soy late quite like they do. Parker got a haircut and did so well I promised him a muffin for breakfast (he loves muffins at the moment). So we sat outside because it was sooo nice and had our breakfast/coffee.

THANK GOD!

Sigh of relief. I have a neighbor who is a peeping tom, he works at R&Ds and I found out about a month ago that he is indeed a peeping tom. I've heard it form more then one person ... people that don't even know each other. One being Lane and two being a client that lives in the neighbor hood he had been peeping. The story is, he was watching a 17 year old high school girl sleep for how ever long that went on I'm not sure. But he also broke into a house and stole some stuff. Unfortunately he never got caught. He lives three houses down and he really creeps me out every time that I see him. When I found out that the peeping tom was rite down the street I became very paranoid. If you know me you know I am so scared of intruders. I made kyle go up into the Attic the night that Lane told us about creepy mc creepster. And every night I wake up and look out the windows to make sure no one is there. I have it all planed out, to see him looking in at my family in bed and very carefully reaching for my phone and calling 911 but in a way that he can't tell ... then he would get caught! Anyway just now I came home early from work (due to a flu bug that i have) and his house has a for rent sign up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can sleep again! I am so happy!

skiny Bizzznatch 2008

A few months ago I read " Skinny Bitch " by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin. It was a great eye opener to things I didn't know and things I needed to be reminded. It promotes great a vegan lifestyle. Not just for the sake of being skinny but healthy and to protect mistreated animals as well. Along with no dairy or meat you can not eat refined sugar or starchy breads and pastas. At first I did really well, but a few months later I think it's safe to say that I am not a vegan :( I haven't touched meat and I don't think I will ever eat it again. But it's the dairy that calls my name all day long. I don't eat as much dairy as the normal person but every day I have a little. Rite after I read the book I felt so great ... dairy causes mucus and actually make me bloated. At any rate I am doing the 30 day meal plan that they have in the book in hopes that I can make it 30 whole days with no dairy. I started on Monday and did well. Y00esterday was hard because I was in the hospital till 8 pm so when I went to get Parky poo my mom made some home made Mac and Cheese for Taryn and it smelled so good. My tummy was growling for the past 3 hours and so I had some:( but the cool thing is today is a new day. Rite now I am making old fashion oats with blueberry's and bananas! yummy. The other cool thing about this is Parker gets to eat really good just like mommy! I shall keep you all posted on the diet and let you know if I loose some weight!

crossing the yellow line

Yesterday October 7, 2008 I had just gotten off of work and was at my parents house to pick up Parker. Kyle called me and told me to go home because he feels really bad and he needs me. I immediately thought he did something and got in trouble. So I went home and I left Parker with my parents. I got home and Kyle came through the front door hunched over and said he couldn't move his hands ( they were all crunched together ) he went straight to the bathroom and told me to poor water on him so I did and he was throwing up and pooping (nice) so I helped him get undressed and put him in the bath ( medium temp ) he thought it was freezing and was vigorously shaking because he said it was " sooooo cold " his skin was blue and his left leg and arm had gone numb at this point. I was begging Kyle to let me take him to the hospital but he told me I couldn't that he would tough it out and that he needs me to help him ( keep in mind Kyle could barley talk and I really truly thought he was going to die, also we don't have insurance yet ... it kicks in on the 20th of this month! ) I went and googled heat stroke, because it was hot and he paints out side and he had every single symptom, it said if you have heat stroke call 911 that it could cause fainting, stroke and could be fatal! I was freaking out! I got Kyle out of the tub and lied him in the hall way, at this point he was Freezing cold so I covered him up and he was not getting better like I had hoped he would. Finally he agreed to go to the E.R. so I got the car all ready to go and Kyle told me I had to drive fast ( I drive like a grandma! ) so off we went! Little did people know that I was in a race because I thought Kyle was gonna barf or poop at any minute. I had to cross the yellow line! It sucked so bad to go around an old women driving like 15 mph in a 45 zone! I felt like such an ass! Any way Kyle got an I.V. and after about 4 hours he looked and felt so much better! I have never been so scared in my life! Thank God for my mom and dad! what would I do without them! It also made me realize the love that I have for my husband and that I would really do anything for him.

TV time!

It is that time of the year ... when it starts to get cold ( randomly ) and my shows are back on ... Parker and Kyle are sleeping and I am awake watching all my shows that I DVR! Here are some of my favs!.
My all time Favorite of all the shows to ever be made is Greys Anatomy! Drama Drama Drama! I hate rose this season! I was so scared she was pregers with Derek's baby! I would have been so sad and never watched it again. If Meridith doesn't make a move and fast I think I will be so annoyed! Izzy and Alex! what what! I'm so rooting for them to hook up and of course the gay one and that sister ... what are there names? GEORGE! and still the sister ... can't think of it! It's so on!
Desperate Housewives has some great plots this season also ... Edie has a super creepy new hubby that has something wrong with him! I didn't like how he treated that old lady ... I forget her name. Poor Gabby is chubby and poor but I still love her, maybe even more this season. Susan has a HOT boyfriend! I love him ... sad about Mike though. and the others are the same ... except Porter is oddly attractive! weird!

Brothers and sisters is soooo good! Some people watch it but not that many. I don't really know why I love it so much ... I love all the drama of a big family. My family just has four, My Dad, Mom, Mitch and myself, so there really is no drama. Anyway it's back on and it's good! Justin is super hot! And for whatever reason I love Kitty ... which is weird because I usually HATE Calista Flockhart but she is so pretty in this show and for whatever reason I like her ... also Norah is amazing, I want to be like Norah when I'm older, the all American mother! It makes me want a big family!

salt water flush ... thanks ash

Saltwater Flush
There is a much superior method of cleansing the intestinal tract without the harmful effects of customary colonics and enemas. This method will cleanse the entire digestive tract while colonics and enemas will only reach the colon or a small part of it. Colonics can be expensive and inconvenient, while our saltwater method is simple and can be done anywhere, even while away from home.
The Saltwater Flush provides an internal bath for the body, drawing out toxins as it cleanses the entire intestinal tract. Remember, it can do no harm at any time. The digestive tract needs a good washing, but do it the natural way - the saltwater way.
Saltwater Flush
2 level teaspoons unrefined mineral salt (rounded for the Canadian quart)1 quart lukewarm water
Put salt in quart jar. For best results, use unrefined mineral salt, not ordinary iodized salt. Add water to jar and stir. Drink the entire quart of salt and water first thing in the morning. This must be taken on an empty stomach. A straw makes it easier to drink.
The salt and water will not separate but will stay intact and quickly and thoroughly wash the entire tract in several hours. Multiple eliminations will likely occur. The saltwater has the same specific gravity as the blood, hence the kidneys cannot pick up the water and the blood cannot pick up the salt. This may be taken as often as needed for proper washing of the entire digestive system. Use it on an empty stomach whenever you need help with elimination.
After drinking the saltwater, lie on your right side for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes, you are free to get up and go about your duties.
You should have an elimination in 1 to 2 hours, though everyone is a little different. Be careful not to pass gas, except on the toilet, since it may be liquid coming through.
How it Works
The exit of the stomach into the small intestines is on the lower right hand side of the stomach. When you drink, the saltwater goes to the bottom of the stomach, below the opening. To get the saltwater into the small intestine, you need to tip the stomach like a teapot so the saltwater flows out. That's why you lie on your right side.
Once the saltwater is in the small intestines, the muscle contractions will carry it down the rest of the way. In about an hour you should be able to massage the left hand side of your lower abdomen and hear liquids gurgling. These are liquids that have flowed into the large intestines almost ready for evacuation.
For additional help in eliminating, take the herb laxative tea at night to loosen, then the saltwater flush each morning to wash it out. If for some reason the saltwater cannot be taken in the morning, then at least take more herb laxative tea in the morning.
Why Salt?
Salt has been used throughout the ages as a preservative and to draw out poisons. Salt will not do harm when used this way and will sterilize and make it possible for the body to repair itself. When you have a wound on your arm that gets infected, soaking the arm in saltwater draws out poisons. If you have damaged the intestinal tract with fissures or diverticula (small pouches in colon), the salt will cleanse in a similar way.

I have done this flush twice and swear by it ;)
